1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing GyandootAI or submitting a paper request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — individual teachers, institutional administrators, and educational bodies.

2. What GyandootAI Is

GyandootAI is an AI-powered document generation platform for Indian educators. It generates question papers, worksheets, lesson plans, CO-PO mapped papers, NAAC reports, and other educational content using large language models.

Critical disclaimer: All content generated by GyandootAI is:

• AI-generated and may contain factual errors, formatting inconsistencies, or inaccuracies
• Not an official paper from any examination board, university, or government body
• Not affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, any State Board, UGC, NAAC, or NBA
• A starting point for teachers to review, edit, and finalise — not a finished product for direct distribution

3. Teacher Responsibility

By using GyandootAI, you acknowledge that:

• You will review all generated content before distributing to students or using in any official capacity
• You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy, board compliance, and appropriateness of content
• You will not represent AI-generated content as officially board-approved material
• Any errors in content used after insufficient review are your responsibility, not GyandootAI's

4. Free Tier and Paid Plans

The free tier provides 3 document generations per email address at no cost. After exhausting free requests, continued use requires upgrading to a paid plan.

Current paid plans:

• Teacher Pro: ₹299/month — unlimited papers, full dashboard access
• School/College Plan: ₹1,499/month — up to 10 faculty accounts
• Institution Plan: Custom pricing — contact us

Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use GyandootAI to:

• Generate content intended to mislead students or institutions about its AI origin
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or prompts
• Submit bulk automated requests designed to exhaust system resources
• Generate content for competitive intelligence about our AI architecture
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or institutional policy

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using GyandootAI. The AI-generated content is produced specifically for your input and is not resold or shared with other users. GyandootAI retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated interaction data to improve the service.

The GyandootAI brand, platform design, prompt architecture, and proprietary CO-PO mapping logic are owned by GyandootAI Private Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

7. Data Processing

Your use of GyandootAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing described therein, including cross-border transfer to our AI service providers' servers for content generation.

8. AI Disclosure (IT Rules 2023)

In compliance with India's IT Rules 2023 and emerging AI governance frameworks, every document generated by GyandootAI includes a footer: "Generated by GyandootAI — AI-assisted content. Please review before classroom use."

9. Limitation of Liability

GyandootAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in generated content
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use or reliance on generated content
• We are not liable for downtime, delivery delays, or unavailability of third-party infrastructure services that power our platform
• Our total liability is capped at ₹500 for free users and the amount paid in the last 30 days for paid users

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first — contact our Grievance Officer before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify registered users of material changes via email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
